Welding Consumables

Vladimir Plant of Precision Alloys produces welding consumable in a wide range of nickel alloys in the form of welding wires, welding rods, core wires for the production of coated stick electrodes. We optimize chemical composition for each welding process, control ferrite content and extremely low impurity levels for resistance to hot cracking and microfissuring. Our welding consumable has alloy design for the optimum corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. Vladimir Plant of Precision Alloys produces filler metals from melting of raw materials to finished wire and rods

Applications

Our welding consumables are widely applied for welding of vital parts in Machinery, Metallurgy, Aerospace, Military, Medicine, Maintenance and Service.

  • For welding of stainless steels, nickel alloys and cast iron.
  • For welding of equipment from nickel-based alloys (such as heat-resistant).
  • For welding of heat-resistant steels with high heat-resistant steels and welding of hardened steels without subsequent heat treatment.
