Alloy 330 Nb

Alloy 330 Nb is a special alloy similar in physical and electrical characteristics to regular NiCr 40/20 (1.4886), but additionally doped by 1.0 to 1.5% of Columbium. Additional content of Columbium in Alloy 330 Nb increases mechanical strength at elevated temperatures. For electrical and heating application reasonable to use pure Alloy 330 Nb due to longer life time of elements in operational process. The recommended field of application for this alloy is the manufacturing of furnace parts such as conveyer belts, wire meshes or other products working at fluctuating temperatures up to 1100 °C.
