ERNiCrFe-11

Solid Welding Wire is filler metal used for GTAW processes or for welding 601 alloy. It has excellent resistance against corrosion and oxidation and can be used for severe applications where the exposure temperature can exceed 1150° C. It is the preferred weld metal for all gas- tungsten- arc welding.

Applications

Binary Nickel-Iron (Ni-Fe) and Ni based complex welding alloys are supplied in welding rod and wires in standard length or length up to the consumers’ request. For normal service conditions, the chemical compositions are available in various Ni contents according to the most of American and European standards.
